短波紫外线处理对冬枣贮藏期生理衰老和抗病性的影响

【摘要】 研究不同剂量短波紫外线处理对贮藏期冬枣细胞膜透性、MDA浓度、呼吸强度、PAL活性、总酚含量和腐烂指数的影响。结果表明,短波紫外线处理能显著降低果实的细胞膜透性和MDA浓度,抑制果实呼吸强度,从而可以延缓冬枣贮藏期衰老进程;短波紫外线处理可以提高贮藏期冬枣果实中PAL活性,加快果实中酚类物质积累,降低果实腐烂指数,有助于提高贮藏期冬枣果实抗病性,其中以3kJ/m2处理效果最佳。

【Abstract】 The study was to investigate the effects of UV-C treatment on senescence process and disease resistance in storage Dongzao jujube.Cell membrane permeability,MDA,respiration rate,rotting rate,PAL activity,total phenolic content and rotting index were analyzed in storage Dongzao jujube "Zhanhua" after different dosages of UV-C irradiating.The results showed that the treatments could significantly reduce the fruit cell membrane permeability and MDA content,inhibited the respiration intensity of Dongzao jujube fruit,which could delay the senescence process in storage period.The treatments could improve the Dongzao jujube PAL enzyme activity,accelerate the accumulation of total content of phenolics,reduce fruit decay index,help to improve the disease resistance of jujube fruit during storage.The best result was obtained from the treatment with 3 kJ/m2.
