【摘要】 广布疲劳损伤(WFD)是运输类飞机,尤其是老龄飞机,持续适航的重要威胁,WFD评定是保证飞机持续适航的关键措施和必要任务。文章提出一种概率性和确定性理论相结合的方法进行WFD模拟和评定。文中阐述了WFD评定工作的方法和流程,并对如何考虑裂纹间的相互影响进行了说明,最后对针对具体算例进行演示,计算结构的WFD平均行为和监控时期等统计数据,并分析蒙特卡洛模拟的收敛性。该方法模拟了飞机结构发生WFD的过程并得到相关统计数据,为WFD评定提供了有效的工程方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Widespread Fatigue Damage(WFD) issue is a major threat to the continuing airworthiness of transport aircraft,particularly the aging aircraft.So WFD evaluation is key measure and necessary task for ensuring the continuing airworthiness.A new method using probabilistic and deterministic theory to simulate and evaluate WFD was introduced in this paper.The method and process of WFD evaluation were expounded at first;then how to consider crack interactions was explained.Finally a specific example was given,we obtained the statistical data of WFD average behavior and monitoring period,and analyzed the convergence of the Monte Carlo simulation.Our method simulated the WFD process of aircraft structure and got the relevant statistical data,thus providing,we believe,an effective engineering method for WFD evaluation.更多还原
