果蝇纤维毛状爪垫与不同粗糙度表面接触的黏附力研究(英文)

【摘要】 总结了昆虫爪垫与接触面的黏附现象以及可能的黏附机理.在回顾了现存黏附力的测试方法后,本文提出了2种自制测试装置并测量了黑腹果蝇(双翅目,果蝇科)与不同粗糙度表面接触的黏附力.2种测试装置中,第2种天平测试法简单有效,为本文所创.文中描述了测试装置的特点和具体的测试过程,测试结果也同其他测试方法得到的结果进行了比较分析,并做了进一步的阐述和总结.

【Abstract】 We first summarized briefly the general phenominon of insect attachment to surface so as to investigate the nature of the interactive forces involved.After reviewing the existing methods in testing such attachment forces,we reported two custom-built devices to measure the pure adhesive forces of fruit flies,Drosophila melanogaster(Diptera,Drosophilidae),grasping to surfaces of different roughness.Of the two devices,the balancing lever method,simple but effective,is used for the first time as we know.The characteristics of the devices and the measurement processes were discussed in detail.The data measured were examined and compared with previously published results.Some elucidations and conclusions were drawn based on the data at the end.
