【Abstract】 Due to ancient agricultural development and grain harvest,it required improvement of processing methods. In this case,following the development of the whole society,turn- grindstones came into and solved the inefficient,labor- consuming problem of stone plate and stone rods. It promoted the change of Chinese traditional dietary habits,reflecting the substance of economic and cultural life in China,and marking the level of development of science and technology,while more evidencing dietary production method as a valuable cultural heritage of motherland.更多还原
