【摘要】 我国经过三十多年的改革开放,农村发展已进入一个新阶段,总体上已形成破除城乡二元结构、形成城乡经济社会发展一体化新格局。社会服务是高校除教学、科研之外的重要职能,运用哲学方法思考探索高校服务新农村的机制、途径和模式,新农村发展向多元化、多层次、多形式经营服务体系的方向转变,旨在促进高校在新形势下充分发挥服务社会的职能,为推动新农村发展提供建议和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through more than thirty years′ reform and opening up in China,rural development has also entered a new phase,in general,having formed a new pattern of destruction of dual structure of city and countryside with unified economic and social development of both city and countryside.Social service is an important function of colleges and universities in addition to educational and scientific functions.Philosophical methodology is used to consider and investigate the mechanism,way and model for colleges and universities to serve the new countryside,transition for new villages to develop toward the operational service system with diversification,multilayer and multiform.The purpose of this paper is to boost colleges and universities to fully serve the society under the current situation,and to give proposals and references to the rural development.更多还原
