【摘要】 选用多效唑、麦巨金、矮壮素3种生长调节剂,进行单剂型一次喷施,研究其对小麦茎秆倒伏性能、产量及品质的影响.试验结果表明,3种调节剂显著降低株高,其效应依次为矮壮素>麦巨金>多效唑>对照;基部三节间长度显著缩短,变化规律与株高相同;基三节干重(充实度)与对照差异显著,其顺序为麦巨金>多效唑>矮壮素>对照.3种调节剂喷施有显著的增产效果,以麦巨金最为明显,比对照增产4.3%,多效唑和矮壮素分别比对照增产3.7%和3.0%.对产量结构的效应主要表现在千粒重显著增加,其次序为麦巨金>多效唑>矮壮素>对照.3种调节剂对面粉的拉伸面积、延伸性和最大拉升阻力有显著影响,对蛋白质、沉淀值、稳定时间、硬度、湿面筋和吸水率影响不明显.更多还原

【Abstract】 We have made a study of the stalk lodging performance,yield and quality of wheat with separate spraying of MET,Maijujin and CCC.The test results showed that the plant height of wheat was significantly reduced with a comparison of CCC > Maijujin > MET > CK.The length of the three internodes of basal part was significantly shortened.The variance is in agreement with the plant height.The dry weight of the three internodes of basal part(full degree) had significant differences,with a comparison of Maijujin > MET > CCC> CK.All the three regulators’ spraying had a significant effect on the increase of yield,the most obvious being Maijujin,the yield increase of which was 4.3% more than that of CK.The yield increase of NET and CCC was respectively higher by 3.7% and 3.0% than that of CK.The effect on yield structure was mainly found in the significant increase in 1000-grain weight.The comparison outcome was Maijujin> MET > CCC > CK.The three regulators had a significant effect on flour tensile area,ductility and maximum pulling up resistance.The effect on protein,sedimentation value,stable duration,hardness,wet gluten and water absorption was not significant.更多还原
