领导者情绪智力与组织承诺、组织效能的关系研究——以民办高校为例

【摘要】 以民办高校为例,借助三个量表,通过他评方式对民办高校领导者情绪智力、教师组织承诺以及学校组织效能之间的相关性和预测性进行了实证研究。相关性分析结果表明,教师感知的领导者情绪智力与组织承诺和组织效能在0.01的显著水平下显著相关。回归分析结果表明,组织承诺作为中介变量时仅能起到部分中介作用,而组织效能却是一个完全中介变量,组织承诺对组织效能的决定系数远小于组织效能对于组织承诺的决定系数。

【Abstract】 The paper makes an empirical research on the correlativity and predictability between the leader′s emotional intelligence,teachers′ organizational commitment and organization effectiveness of the private higher learning institutions.The results of the correlativity analysis indicate that the leader′s emotional intelligence,organizational commitment and organizational effectiveness cognized by teachers are significantly correlated at the 0.01 significance level.The regression analysis demonstrates that as a mediating variable,organizational commitment can only play a partial mediating role,while the organizational effectiveness is a complete mediating variable.The determinative coefficient organizational commitment puts on organizational effectiveness is much less than that organizational effectiveness puts on organizational commitment.
