基于YUV与小波变换的可见光与红外图像融合

【摘要】 可见光CCD传感器在夜间强光环境下拍摄易产生晕光现象,通过对可见光与红外传感器获得的图像进行融合可以解决这一问题.本文提出一种基于YUV彩色空间与小波变换结合的融合方法.首先采用仿射变换对可见光图像进行配准,将配准后图像转换到YUV空间,再将Y分量与红外灰度图像采用小波融合方法得到Y′分量,最后将Y′UV转换到RGB,从而得到融合图像.通过与YUV彩色空间变换、小波变换融合方法所得到的融合图像比较,结果表明,本文提出的方法获得的图像清晰度有所改善,比小波融合的方法处理速度更快.

【Abstract】 Light-blooming arises in the glare at night when the visible light CCD sensor is used.The light-blooming can be eliminated by the method of visible and infrared image fusion.This paper presents an image fusion method which is on the basis of YUV color space and wavelet transform.First,affine transformation is used for the visible image registration and the image after registration is converted to YUV color space.Second,the Y’ component is obtained from the Y component and infrared grayscale image fusion with wavelet transform.Third,the Y’UV is converted to RGB with the final image obtained.The comparison of the image obtained by the new method with the one obtained by the method of YUV color space and wavelet fasion shows that a better fusion effect is obtained by the new method at the faster computing speed than the wavelet fusion method.
