【摘要】 目的:建立了固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用法检测饮料中邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)的方法。方法:饮料样品中待测组分采用固相萃取柱富集,洗脱,DM-5MS毛细质谱柱分离,选择离子监测SIM模式进行定性定量。结果:该方法能测定饮料中DEHP,定量线性关系良好,方法检出限为98～12 500ng/mL,精密度标准偏差均在15%以内,加标回收率在75.33%～94.57%。结论:本法具有非常高的选择性、灵敏度和准确度,适用于饮料中DEHP的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To develop a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for the deter-mination of diethylhexyl phthalate(DEHP) in beverages.Methods: Beverage samples were treated with liquid extraction followed by solid-phase extraction.Detection and quantification of the diethylhexyl phthalate were accomplished with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and scan choosing SIM pattern for monitoring.Results: Response was linear in the concentration range(r =0.99).The limits of detection were between 98-12 500 ng/mL.Method variation was less than 15%,standard recovery was about 75.33%-94.57%.Conclusion: The method is successfully applied to the determination of DEHP in beverage samples.更多还原
