【Abstract】 The Report to E.N.C.C.P.C puts forward,for the first time,the demand: "to prevent and manage risks to clean government",which highlights the importance of the establishment of the risk-control-mechanism of corruption free management in the establishment of a system of combating corruption through both punishment and prevention.With the development of high educational causes,the origin and use of funds in universities and colleges are characterized by multi-aspects,which provide the possible room for power seeking-rent.Strengthening the establishment of the risk-control-mechanism of corruption free management in local universities is an effective way to combat corruption in universities and colleges.更多还原
