【摘要】 目的:探讨原发性肝癌经肝动脉化学治疗栓塞(transarterial chemoembolization,TACE)术后给予静脉三氧化二砷治疗对患者血清VEGF表达水平的影响。方法:连续性选择30例原发性肝癌TACE术后的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组15例病人,治疗组给予三氧化二砷注射液;对照组给予生理盐水治疗,比较两组TACE术前及术后第3,8,16天的血清VEGF变化。结果:TACE术后两组患者的血清VEGF值均动态升高,术后第3天和第8天,两组血清VEGF升高的水平基本相同,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗第16天时,治疗组的血清VEGF水平有明显下降的趋势,而对照组的血清VEGF值仍呈直线上升,两组差异具有统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论:原发性肝癌TACE术后给予三氧化二砷治疗,可能降低患者血清VEGF的表达水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of arsenic trioxide on vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) after transarterial chemoembolization in primary carcinoma of liver.Methods: We prospectively studied 30 consecutive primary carcinoma of liver patients after transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),who were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Arsenic trioxide was injected intravenously in patients in the treatment group(n=15),while saline was injected in those in the control group(n=15).The VEGF in serum was tested before TACE and 3,8,or 16 days after TACE.Results: Compared with that before TACE,the VEGF in serum raised significantly 3 days and 8 days after TACE both in the 2 groups.The VEGF level was not significantly different between the 2 groups(P>0.05).However,the VEGF level decreased significantly 16 days after TACE in the treatment group,while the VEGF level still raised in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Arsenic trioxide may reduce the VEGF level in serum after TACE.更多还原
