【摘要】 针对案例驱动的高速公路交通突发事件应急管理的需求,基于本体技术建立了交通突发事件案例的本体模型.该模型可以提供对高速公路交通突发事件的发展过程与应急处置全过程知识的语义一致性描述,屏蔽高速公路不同路段、不同管理部门交通信息管理系统之间的异构性,实现交通突发事件应急案例知识的充分共享和运用.将本体模型应用于高速公路的联动应急救援领域,建立了应急案例共享系统的框架,并以典型的重特大交通事故应急处置为例给出了基于本体模型的应急案例语义描述.更多还原

【Abstract】 Regarding to the requirements for effectively traffic incident management on freeway with the knowledge of previous emergency cases,an ontology based model of freeway traffic emergency cases is constructed.This model provides a unified semantic representation of the development stages of freeway traffic incident as well as the handling processes,among heterogeneous systems deployed in different areas or departments of freeway;and better facilitate the sharing and application of the knowledge of previous emergency cases.To illustrate the usage of this ontology based model,a freeway traffic emergency cases sharing system is sketched,and a typical traffic emergency case is formally described as an ontology instance for joint emergency rescue on freeway.更多还原
