嵌入式智能高压断路器状态监测系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 针对高压断路器机械特性监测的具体要求,研究和设计了一种基于DSP和μC/OS-Ⅱ的嵌入式智能高压断路器状态监测系统。该系统的数据采集层由多种传感器和DSP数据处理器构成,在移植到DSP芯片的μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统平台上开发应用软件,完成对高压断路器机械特性的多个参数的采集、处理与显示,同时通过CAN总线将数据传送到监测服务器,服务器上管理软件采用VC++工具开发,主要完成对测量数据的存储、显示和分析处理等。多次实验测试结果表明,智能监测系统性能稳定,准确性较高,效果理想。

【Abstract】 According to the demand of monitoring for mechanical characteristic of high voltage breaker,a kind of embedded intelligent status monitoring system for high voltage circuit breaker has been studied and designed based on DSP(digital signal processor) and μC/OS-Ⅱ.The data acquisition layer of the system include various sensors and the DSP chip.The application software is developed on the platform of μC/OS-Ⅱreal-time operating system which is transplanted into the DSP chip.It completes collect,process and display the multiple signals of the mechanical characteristics of high voltage circuit breaker.At the same time,the signals data is transmitted to monitoring sever through CAN bus for further storing,displaying and analyzing.The server management software using VC++ development tools,Experiments results show that the intelligent monitoring system has the advantages of stable performance,high accuracy and effect ideal.
