【Abstract】 Influenced by the pragmatic educational philosophy,higher vocational colleges in China invariably and blindly pander to the market demands,causing many problems in education such as emphasizing professional skills but not professional quality,focusing on learning but not on moral,overestimating teaching but not personality cultivating.According to his years of teaching practice of professional quality and researches,the author discusses the approach to integrating students’ professional quality with corporate culture.The approach is based on the idea of training according to contract and on the platform that is established by the principle that the enterprise and school mutually take the responsibility to train students and that students should actively take part in the activities in and out of the classroom.In doing so,students can understand well professional philosophy,behavior and corporate culture.更多还原
