基于STM32的便携式车灯检测箱研制
Design of portable test device for automobile lamp based on STM32
【摘要】 为满足对汽车车灯的电气参数、使用寿命等项目进行检测的需要,提出了一种基于STM32处理器的便携式检测箱设计方案。该设计成功实现了10路AD采样通道、6路开关量输出通道、4路PWM输出通道、1路CAN通信通道和1路LIN通信通道。软件设计采用μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统及分层设计思想,提高了程序的稳定性。结果表明,该试验箱不仅便于携带和升级,而且具有较高的可靠性,降低了车灯厂家的生产成本。
【Abstract】 To satisfy test requirements of automobile lamp′s electrical parameters and lifespan, a new design of portable device that based on STM32 microprocessor has been put forward.It includes 10 AD sampling channels, 6 digital output channels, 4 PWM channels, 1 CAN channel and 1 LIN channel.It adopts μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system and hierarchical design to improve the program′s stability.The result shows that the device is reliable, portable and easy to update, and reduces the costs for the manufacture.
