地铁或公交专座的智能管理

【摘要】 针对当前某些人交通出行不文明现象的存在,为了通过技术手段来促使社会风气的改善,提出一种地铁或公交专座的智能管理系统。该系统的智能识别算法包括:系统训练与在线识别两大部分。前者,对训练样本进行学习,当系统处于学习状态时,系统对青壮年样本男性脸部图像采集与处理;后者,即系统进入在线识别状态,对"老弱病残孕"专座上的乘客实施实时监视,根据识别结果对"老弱病残孕"专座乘客确定控制指令输出,决定是否由语音提示器向该乘客警示,使得不该占位"老弱病残孕"专座者有所警觉自己的行为失误。因此,能够使公交专座的设置发挥其应有的作用和社会风气的改善。该系统识别准确率达到98%以上。

【Abstract】 Against uncivilized phenomenon of some people traffic travel now, in order to promote the improvement of social values through technical means, we propose an intelligent management system about the special seat on Subway or Bus. The system’s intelligent recognition algorithm includes two parts of system training and on-line identification. The former is the learning for training samples, which is acquisition and processing for sample of young male facial image when the system is learning state. The latter, the system enters the line identification state, it’s that passengers of the "old and sick pregnant" special seat are implemented real-time monitoring. According to the result of recognition, the control command will be determined to the passengers at "old and sick pregnant" special seat, and to decide whether the voice prompts to the passengers warning, to alert him(or her) own behavior mistake, which should not be sitting on the "old and sick pregnant" special seat. So it can make the bus for the settings to play its due role and social improvements. The system recognition accuracy rate reached more than 98%.
