【摘要】 【目的】研究洛索洛芬钠超前镇痛对阻生齿拔除患者的疗效。【方法】将86例需行下颌阻生齿拔除的患者随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各43例,实验组采用洛索洛芬钠分散片口服给予超前镇痛,采用10cm视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评价镇痛效果,通过调查患者的术后镇痛满意度(satisfactory degree,SD)和睡眠满意度(sleep satisfaction,SS),记录术后的不良反应,以评估超前镇痛对患者的影响。【结果】对照组研究对象术后30min的VAS评分(8.19±1.53)高于实验组(5.47±1.50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组术后第1天的VAS评分(8.09±1.51)高于实验组(4.77±1.96),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组研究对象的SD和SS显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组术后不良反应的发生少于对照组。【结论】洛索洛芬钠超前镇痛用于阻生齿拔除术,能够有效降低患者疼痛,改善患者睡眠质量,且无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】Study on the curative effect of sodium loxoprofen used as preemptive analgesia for patients with impacted teeth removal.【Methods】Make randomized grouping among 86 patients that need extraction of mandibular impacted teeth into experimental group and control group,so there were 43 cases in each group. The experimental group adopted sodium loxoprofen to provide preemptive analgesia,using the 10cm Visual Analog Score (VAS) to evaluate the analgesic effect. Through investigating the patients’ analgesia satisfaction degree (SD) and sleeping satisfaction (SS),the preemptive analgesia effect on patients and were evaluated,also the adverse reactions after operation were recorded.【Results】The VAS score (8.19±1.53) of the patients in the control group 30 minutes after operation was higher than the experimental group (5.47±1.50),and this difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05). The VAS score of the control group in one day after operation (8.09±1.51) was also higher than the experimental group (4.77±1.96), and this difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The patients’ analgesia satisfaction degree (SD) and sleeping satisfaction (SS) were also significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Moreover,the occurrence of adverse reactions after operation in the experimental group was fewer than the control group. 【Conclusion】The preemptive analgesia of sodium loxoprofen can effectively reduce the pain of the patients when used for the extraction of impacted teeth,and can also improve the quality of the patient’s sleeping,with no obvious adverse reactions.更多还原
