四轮毂电机代步车控制系统设计
Control System Design of Mobility Scooter with Four In-Wheel Motors
【摘要】 根据老年代步车的设计要求和运动特性,设计了四轮毂电机老年代步车控制系统。采用分布式控制方案,分别选用经济高效的数字信号器dsPIC30F6012A和dsPIC30F4012设计了系统主控制器和轮毂电机从控制器。主、从控制器之间采用CAN总线通讯,实现代步车的电子差速控制。试验表明,该车操纵简单,运行安全稳定,能够满足老年人代步的要求。
【Abstract】 According to the requirements and motion characteristics of mobility scooter for the elderly people,a scooter with four in-wheel motors was designed.Choosing a distributed program,a master controller for system and four unit controllers for in-wheel motors with high performance digital signal processor dsPIC30F6012A and dsPIC30F4012 were designed.Main controller and unit controllers can communicate to each other via CAN bus,and realize the electronic differential system(EDS).Experiment results show that the scooter system can be manipulated easily and run safety and stability,and the system meets all requirements of scooter for the elderly people.
