一种变励磁无刷同步电机最大转矩电流比控制方法
An MTPA Control Method for Brushless Synchronous Machine with Variational Excitation
【摘要】 三级式无刷同步起动/发电系统在励磁机单相交流励磁条件下带动发动机起动时,其主发电机励磁电流较小,且随电机转矩的升高而变化。采用最大转矩电流比控制时,由于励磁磁链非恒定,传统的直交轴电流函数曲线拟合方法不再适用。针对同步电机励磁磁链变化这一特点,提出多线拟合方法进行直交轴电流函数的拟合,并得到了仿真验证。对多线拟合方法进行了优化,大大减小了由该方法引起的电磁转矩跳变。
【Abstract】 The excitation current of the main generator is relatively low and changes with the increase of motor speed while three-stage brushless synchronous starter/generator system drives the engine with the exciter excited by one-phase AC.When maximum torque per ampere(MTPA) control is used,the traditional curve fitting method of d-axis and q-axis current is not applicable due to the unsteady excitation flux.In this paper,a multi-line fitting method was proposed to fit the d-axis and q-axis current curve aiming at the variation of excitation flux,and this method was verified by simulation.The optimization for the multi-line fitting method greatly reduced the jump of electromagnetic torque caused by this method.
