【摘要】 通过现场回顾性调查,收集基层医疗服务机构中医与西医门诊治疗同病种的费用以及治疗效果的数据资料,采用成本效果分析方法,对病种相同、病情相似的患者分别采用纯中医或纯西医治疗,获得相同治疗效果的费用进行了比较分析,通过实证研究佐证中医服务具有"廉"的特点,从而阐明中医在基层医疗服务机构发展的优势与意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper collected treatment cost and effectiveness data of Chinese medicine or western medicine in treatment of the same disease in grassroots medical institutions through retrospective study.Cost-effectiveness analysis was used to analyze treatment costs for the patients who were treated by Chinese medicine or western medicine with same treatment effectiveness.Chinese medicine service was cheap,which was proven by empirical research.Therefore,it was suggested to promote the utilization of Chinese medicine in grassroots medical institutions.更多还原
