医院后勤管理实行绩效考核的影响因素分析
Influencing factors and solutions on the implementation of performance assessment in hospital logistics
【摘要】 探讨了医院后勤在服务社会化进程中,实施绩效考核的原则和影响因素,从而为下一步提出医院后勤绩效考核合理化方案提供参考依据。
