基于后勤综合信息管理系统构建的医院后勤绩效考核模式研究概述
Overview on the study of hospital logistics performance assessment model based on integrated logistics information management system
【摘要】 运用德尔菲法、层次分析法,引入ISO9001质量管理模式,从后勤服务岗位指标体系的搭建、后勤服务岗位系数的确定、后勤综合信息管理系统的构建、后勤管理标准操作规程的制定4方面论述了基于后勤综合信息管理系统的医院后勤绩效考核模式的构建过程,并提出制定医院后勤标准操作程序有助于医院后勤规范化管理。
【Abstract】 This article introduced the process of establishing hospital logistics performance assessment model based on integrated logistics information management system,including building logistics service post quota system,determining logistics service post coefficient,establishing integrated logistics information management system and formulating standardized operation procedure,with the application of Delphi,AHP and ISO9001.The paper pointed out that formulating standardized operation procedure was helpful for standardization management of hospital logistics.
