【摘要】《完善新型农村合作医疗制度研究》课题概述包括研究背景、研究目标与内容、研究方法、资料来源与收集方法、研究结果等。研究运用政策制定科学程序、医疗保险精算和数学建模的原理等方法,旨在形成一套新农合方案研制、评价与修正的思路、步骤和方法,研发决策平台,完善医疗保险费用结算策略,并通过样本地区的实证数据检验上述思路、步骤、方法和决策平台的科学性和可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article introduced the background,aims,contents,materials sources and collection methods of the research.Methods such as scientific procedure of policy design,medical insurance actuary science and mathematical modeling were used to develop a series of approaches for improving the New Rural Cooperative Medical System,to develop a decision-support information platform,and to improve strategies of medical expense control.In the end,the scientificity and operability of the results were proved according to compensation data from a sample area.更多还原
