【Abstract】 Eight Cordyceps militaris strains′ fruit bodies were collected and separated their tissue.The results showed that fine fruit body is the top guarantee to obtain high-yielding strain.High-quality C.militaris strain grows on PDA medium initially has white hyphae,stout and thick,trim edges,creeping by the surface of medium;at the later stage or under the light,it assumed yellowish to orange.Before put them into production,the isolated strains must carry out grass budding(fruit body budding) experiment,only those strains when the budding are normal with high rate of bio-conversion,they could be used as high-quality production strains.更多还原
