堤坝白蚁立体监测控制系统研究
Research of dam termite monitor-controlling system
【摘要】 目的建立堤坝白蚁立体监测控制系统和应用技术模型。方法以黑翅土白蚁为试验对象,进行白蚁信息素、白蚁引诱饵料和饵剂、监测控制装置等实验室和现场试验研究工作。结果经密褐褶孔菌感染的竹屑、白蚁巢抽提液对黑翅土白蚁有显著跟踪活性,混配制作成白蚁监测控制系统的饵料和饵剂,对黑翅土白蚁具有较好的引诱和灭杀效果。结论该系统环保、高效,适合堤坝白蚁防治应用。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish dam termite monitor-controlling system and application technology model.Methods Odontotermes formosanus as test object,carrying on termite pheromone,termite attractive lignocellulose material and bait,monitor device laboratory and field test study.Results The bamboo sawdust had been infected with Gloeophyllum trabeum and termite nest extract had significant tracking activity to Odontotermes formosanus,mixed and made into attractive lignocellulose material and bait of termite monitor-controlling system,had a good lure and kill effect against Odontotermes formosanus.Conclusion The dam termite monitor-controlling system is environmental and efficient,and suitable for dam termite control application.
