传统武术对青少年心肺功能影响的对比研究
A Contrastive Study of Traditional Wushu’s Impact on Adolescent’s Heart and Lung Functions
【摘要】 文章以广州市番禺区某中学初中二年级学生为实验对象,采用实验法、文献资料法和数据统计法等研究方法,将非武术选项组(对照组)与武术选项组(实验组)学生进行为期6周的武术对比实验。测量实验前后心率及肺活量水平,探讨传统课程与选项课程对心肺功能的影响。研究表明:(1)非选项学生进行武术学习,由于缺乏兴趣及积极性,心肺功能未有明显提高(P>0.05);(2)选项学生进行武术学习,心肺功能显著提高(P<0.01)。因此,新课改武术选项注重学生兴趣选择,对青少年身心具有积极促进作用。
【Abstract】 Based on a middle school in Panyu District of Guangzhou which second grade students as experimental subjects,the paper does a six-week period of Wushu comparative experiment,with the literature and the statistical method,the non-Wushu option(control group) and Wushu option(experimental group) students.Measurements are done before and after sport heart rate and vital capacity,to explore the traditional courses and option courses’ influences on cardiopulmonary functions.The study results show that:(1) non-option students’ heart and lung functions have not improved significantly(0.231>0.05) in Wushu learning period,due to their lack of interest and enthusiasm on Wushu;Wushu option students have their heart and lung functions improved significantly(P=0.0000<0.01).Therefore,the Wushu optional class in new curriculum system focuses on students’ interests and choices,has a positive role in improving heart and lung functions of adolescents.
