【摘要】 医疗机构用血量不断增加;民众无偿献血意愿下降;政府监管力度不足;无偿献血宣传不到位等,是目前血液紧缺的主要原因。结合工作实践,提出以下对策:提高服务质量,树立血站良好形象;强化献血后服务,做好回访工作;加强与政府机关的沟通;积极争取宣传部门的公益性宣传;简化血费报销程序;做好民众质疑的解释工作等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The causes of short supply of blood included the increasing clinical use of blood preparation; the declined volun-teer blood donation; the shortage of the government supervision; and the poor propaganda of volunteer blood donation. Based on the practice,this paper put forward the following countermeasures: establishing a good image of blood stations by improving the service quality; strengthening service after donation through follow-up; strengthening the communication with government; im-proving propaganda of volunteer blood donation; simplifying the procedures for reimbursement; and fully explaining the questions for the public.更多还原
