【摘要】 自评自建工作是医院评审的精髓。从健全组织,明确分工;加强培训,提高认识;认真自查,找准问题,限时整改,责任到人;定期检查,持续改进等4方面,总结了医院开展自评自建工作的主要做法。同时,以自评自建为契机,从健全规章制度,狠抓基础质量;建立发现问题,解决问题并持续改进机制;增加质量管理考核工具等着手,提升了科室质量管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Self-assessment and self-construction is the essence of hospital accreditation. The main approaches in hospital self-assessment and self-construction were summed up from four aspects including the sound organization,a clear division of la-bor; enhancing training,awareness-raising; serious self-examination,problem identification,timely rectification,personal re-sponsibility; regular inspection and continuous improvement. Furthermore,using self-assessment and self-construction as an opportunity to enhance the level of department quality management from aspects of improving rules and regulations,paying atten-tion to basic quality; establishing mechanisms in problems identification,problems solution and continuous improvement; increas-ing quality management assessment tools.更多还原
