【摘要】 目的研究"潜在危重病"信息化管理模式在产科质量管理中的适用性和可行性。方法建立"潜在危重病"评分标准和信息管理平台,对3 269例孕妇进行评分管理,并与普通住院组比较病情预警时间。结果 "潜在危重病"评分法对病情评估具备鉴别能力(敏感性73.72%,特异度92.21%),其信息化管理手段能有效缩短病情预警时间(P<0.01),保障患者安全。结论 "潜在危重病"信息化管理能有效保障产科患者安全,具有推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the applicability and practicability of information management model of ’potential severity disease’ in obstetrical department quality. Method Established the standard of ’potential severity disease’ Score and information management platform. 3 269 pregnant women were scored with ’potential severity disease’ Score and treated. Compared the alert time of information management model of ’potential severity disease’ with the common hospitalized groups. Result The ’potential severity disease ’score has better identification in evaluating the disease( sensibility73. 72%,specibility92. 21%). The alert time of information management model of ’potential severity disease’was significantly shorter than the common hospitalized groups( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Information management of ’potential severity disease’Score may be apply for today’s obstetrics because of en-suring the safety of patients effectively,thus it has practical application and popularization value.更多还原
