【摘要】 制定并完善《医疗质量和医疗安全积分管理办法(试行)》,加强对个人医疗服务行为的监管与考核。实行院科两级质量控制,以科室自查、质控办月查、职能部门联合检查等方法促进办法落实,每月将检查结果交质控办汇总,经积分管理考核小组讨论通过后全院通报。实践表明,办法的实施,有效提升了医疗质量持续提高。更多还原
