【Abstract】 Since Nurses Regulations has implemented three years,there were problems of nursing management such as a shortage of nursing manpower,especially in mental health centers and nursing homes;inadequate of nurse training especially in primary health care institutions and private health institutions;and lack of relevant standards of nurse occupational protection.So the implementation of Nureses Regulations needs further governmental responsibilities,and strengthening management.更多还原
