小直径铜棒的超声波自动检测系统应用
Automatic Detection System Using Ultrasonic Small Diameter Copper Bar
【摘要】 针对ф2.5~15mm的铜质棒材,采用脉冲反射法的表面波和穿透法的纵波相结合的方法,可以较好地解决薄壁小直径铜质棒材的检测方法。研制了小直径铜棒超声自动检测系统。系统主要由上位机(即PC机)、下位机(即单片机控制系统)、发射/接收电路、探头和机械系统组成。上位机通过RS232串口与下位机通信,从而完成系统控制和数据采集。试验表明,系统可以检出ф2.5~15mm铜质棒材上直径为ф0.5mm,深度为1/4D的人工平底孔,可以实现定性定量检测。
【Abstract】 According to the thin copper rod of ф2.5~15mm,the method by combination of the rayleigh wave of pulse-echo and the longitudinal wave of penetration is adopted.the testing problem of the thin copper rod of ф2.5 mm~15 mm is solved very well,and the ultrasonic auto-testing system for thin copper rod is developed.The system consists of several functional units,such as the upper computer(PC unit),the lower computer(Single Chip Microcomputer unit),the pulser/receiver,transducer and the mechanical unit.The upper computer and lower computer can communicate with each other by RS232,which accomplish the system controlling and data collecting. The experiment shows that the ultrasonic atuo-testing system can accomplish qualitative and quantitative testing for thin copper rod of ф2.5~15mm,which the diameter of the artificial blat-bottom hole is 0.5mm and the length of it is 1/4D.
