【Abstract】 EMRs has always been the first priority among all the constructions of medical informatization since 21st centery, yet the security issues exposed during the application process of EMRs system can’t be neglected, especially the privacy protection of patients’ information. To improve the safety of EMRs, besides technical means, we must rely on legislation protection. This paper introduces some legislation models and advanced experience in European countries and the United States on health information privacy, aims to provide some enlightenment on the related legislation of China.更多还原
