【摘要】 人力资源是第一资源,我国卫生信息化工程建设和推进离不开卫生信息化人才队伍的支撑。为了解我国卫生信息化人才队伍的基本现况,掌握卫生机构信息化人力资源管理情况,卫生部人才交流服务中心联合HIT专家网开展了专题问卷调查,最终调查了全国十多个省市及地区的220名卫生信息化人员。本文重点介绍了相关问卷调查的内容及调查结果,试图对描述我国卫生信息化人才队伍现况提供第一手依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Among all resources human resource is the major one. Health information system construction and information technology projects advancement need the support of health information technology personnel. In order to know the current situation of health information technology personnel in health institutions, Health Human Resources Development Center (HHRDC) and HIT Expert Web carried out a special sampling questionnaire survey, investigating 220 health information technology personnel covering over 10 provinces and areas in China.
