某1000MW等级核电半速机组弹簧基础的设计与振动实测
Design and vibration measurement for 1 000MW half speed nuclear power spring supported T/G foundation at a NPP
【摘要】 某核电站汽轮发电机组是我国第一个国产化1 000MW等级核电半速机组,由国内电力设计院第一次自主设计的弹簧基础.半速机组的一个重大问题,是基础的固有频率容易与机组的额定转速产生共振.共振问题有两种解决方案:一种是美国与日本采用大质量基础抑制共振;另一种是欧洲采用低调谐弹簧基础使基础固有频率远小于机器激振频率以避开共振.弹簧基础的核心技术是大型有限元动力与静力分析,有限元分析的基本条件是瑞利假设.机组投运后,基础台板振动实测核实了瑞利条件的正确性.实测振动符合国际、国内与制造厂家所有标准要求,证明了弹簧基础设计的可靠与完善.某核电半速机组弹簧基础的成功,为我国核电站汽轮发电机的安全运行打下了坚实的基础.
【Abstract】 The turbo generator(T/G)unit at a nucbear power plant(NPP)is the first time for the half speed 1 000MW nuclear T/G unit to be applied in China and to be domestic supplied;and it is also the first time for the spring supported T/G foundation to be designed by the domestic electric power design institute itself.An essential problem for the half speed T/G unit is that the natural frequency of the foundation would easily resonate with the rated speed of T/G unit.Two solutions are available for the resonance:the first solution is used in USA and in Japan,which restrains the resonance with the massive foundation;the second solution is used in Europe,which eliminates the resonance with a low tuned spring foundation to let the vertical natural frequency of the foundation be far away from the exciting frequency of T/G unit.The key technology of the spring foundation is the dynamic and static analyses with the large finite element method.Raleigh hypothesis is the major premise for the large finite element analysis.After T/G unit is put into operation,a vibration measurement is carried out for T/G foundation,which confirms the correctness of the Raleigh assumption.The vibration measurement of T/G foundation conforms to all international and domestic codes and manufacturer’s criteria,which confirms the reliability of the design for the spring foundation.The success of the spring foundation of T/G unit at a NPP lays a solid basis for the safe operation of NPP in China.
