【摘要】 目的探讨血清CEA、CA72-4与CA199联合检测对结肠癌的诊断价值。方法用电化学发光法检测36例结肠癌患者、30例结肠良性疾病患者、100例体检健康者的血清CEA、CA72-4与CA 199水平,分析三项指标在结肠癌诊断的价值。结果血清CEA、CA72-4与CA 199水平显著高于结肠良性病变患者及健康体检人群的水平(P<0.05),结肠良性病变患者血清CEA、CA72-4与CA 199浓度显著高于健康体检人群的浓度(P<0.05)。在结肠癌中肿瘤标志物的联合检测阳性率明显高于单一检测。结论 CEA、CA72-4与CA 199联合检测可提高结肠癌的检出率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined determinati on of CEA,CA72-4 and CA 199 in the diagnosis of colon cancer. Methods Serum levels of CEA、CA72-4 与 CA 199 in 36 patients with colon cancer,30 patients with benign colon diseases,and 100 healthy controls were measured by electrochemoluminescence assay,The diagnostic value of three indicators for colon cancer was analyzed. Results Serum levels of CEA、CA72-4 与 CA 199 in patients with colon cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with benign colon diseases and healthy controls(P< 0.05).And those in patients with benign colon diseases were significantly higher than those in healthy controls.(P < 0.05) Combined detection in positive rate of tumor markers in colon cancer significantly higher than single test. Conclusion Combined determination of CEA、CA72-4 与CA199was helpful to increase the detection rate ofcolon cancer.更多还原
