【摘要】 目的总结奥美拉唑胃内保留治疗新生儿消化道出血的护理经验。方法对我院住院符合新生儿消化道出血诊断标准的患儿60例,随机分成两组,即治疗组30例和对照组30例,两组均予常规治疗,同时插胃管,对照组予冰生理盐水洗胃,至洗出胃液转清后拔出胃管,同时予维生素K₁、止血敏静注,连用3 d;治疗组用1.4%碳酸氢钠洗胃,至洗出胃液转清后,胃管注入奥美拉唑0.5 mg加冰生理盐水,注后夹住胃管胃内保留,12 h 1次,疗程3 d,观察经治疗后两组患儿呕血和黑便停止情况。结果治疗组止血效果明显优于对照组,差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论加强临床症状的观察、科学的护理,可以提高新生儿消化道出血的治愈率。更多还原
