【摘要】 目的探讨应用输尿管镜对位皮下缝合治疗男性前尿道断裂的疗效及临床价值。方法输尿管镜下进行前尿道断裂对位修复并进行皮下断端缝合术。结果 9例男性前尿道断裂患者均获成功,术后随访3~18个月,均排尿正常,性生活满意。结论输尿管镜下行前尿道断裂对位皮下缝合手术时间短,创伤小,并发症少,恢复快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment efficacy and clinical value of anterior urethral rupture by ureteroscopic subcutaneous suture. Methods To repair anterior urethral rupture by ureteroscopic subcutaneous stump suture. Results Operations of nine patients with anterior urethral rupture were all successful, who were followed up for 3-18 months without any urethral stricture. Conclusion Ureteroscopic subcutaneous suture of anterior urethral rupture is an operation with shorter time, less invasion , fewer complications and faster recovery.更多还原
