【Abstract】 The medical model of emergency is not suitable for national demands since the change of disease spectrum. CHD is one of high death rate, expensive cost chronic disease. The recovery management CHD post-hospitalization has caused wide public concern. This paper analyzes and compares the advantage and disadvantages of three recovery management models of CHD post-hospitalization by SWOT method.
