【摘要】 [目的]了解农村卫生适宜技术在太原市的推广利用效果、服务对象对适宜技术的满意度情况和卫生技术人员对适宜技术推广利用的综合评价,为太原市和同等规模城市组织农村卫生适宜技术的推广提供依据。[方法]采用问卷调查法对接受适宜技术服务的患者和使用技术的卫生技术人员进行调查。[结果](1)调查服务对象对适宜技术服务的总体满意度为76.8%,多因素分析发现患者对收费的满意度、医生技术的熟练程度、医生对病情的解释、患者对治疗效果的满意度、是否有副作用是影响服务对象满意度的主要因素(。2)卫生技术人员对适宜技术的推广利用(主要从社会效益方面)评价较高(达到97.7%),卫生适宜技术的培训率对治愈率的提高和个人技术水平提高有明显的作用。[结论]太原市农村卫生适宜技术推广利用的效果较好,综合满意度高,值得进一步推广,但要注意强化技术培训,合理配置医疗资源,进一步降低成本,进而降低患者的就诊费用。建议完善卫生适宜技术推广的激励机制,增加卫生技术人员的收入,提高基层卫生技术人员技术推广的积极性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the effect of appropriate techniques promotion and application,the satisfaction of service objects to appropriate techniques,and the overall merit of health workers,so as to provide the basis for promoting appropriate techniques in rural areas in Taiyuan and other its size cities.Methods Investigated the patients and the health workers who accepted appropriate techniques by questionnaire survey.Results(1) The satisfaction degree to appropriate techniques was 76.8% of services objects.Multiple-factor analysis found that the major factors were medical charge,doctors’ techniques,doctors explained the illness,patients to therapeutic effect and whether the drug side-effect.(2) The evaluation degree was 97.7% of health workers.It had obviously function that health appropriate techniques training rate could improve cure rate and individual skills.Conclusions It was worth further promoting of health appropriate techniques in rural areas in Yaiyuan,but it needs to strengthen technique training,reasonable allocate medical resources,reduce the patients’ cost.It suggests that to perfect the incentive mechanism of health appropriate techniques promotion,increase the income of health workers and improve enthusiasm of techniques promotion in basic health workers.更多还原
