【摘要】 国家基本药物制度的实施,不仅有利于保障居民基本用药权益,降低群众就医费用,而且还在一定程度上规范了基层临床用药。以x社区为例,探析了苏州市社区卫生服务机构实施国家基本药物制度的现状以及在运行中存在的问题,提出扩大基本药物目录范围、增加慢性病及专科病种用药,增强居民用药依从性,加大药品质量监督力度,完善国家基本药物目录政策调整工作与配套措施等建设性对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Implementation of national essential drugs system can not only in favour of residents’ essential pharmacy equity and lower their drug costs,but also regulates primary medical organization drugs using.This article discusses present situation of community health service institutions that carry out national essential drugs system and the problems by X community as an example in Suzhou.It puts forward some constructive suggestions,which includes wide the range of essential drugs list,add chronic disease and certain diseases drugs,enhance residents’ medication compliance,increase drug quality supervision,perfect the working and supporting measures of national essential drugs list policy adjustment.更多还原
