脑瘫青少年下台阶步态的运动学分析

【摘要】 通过录像解析等手段,对脑瘫青少年与正常青少年下台阶过程的步态进行对比研究.从时间参数、空间参数以及时-空参数等方面进行分析,结果显示:脑瘫青少年下台阶过程中的步宽、步态周期及髋角变化幅度均大于正常青少年,而膝角和踝角的变化幅度小于正常青少年,脑瘫青少年轻患侧腿和重患侧腿各参数差异较为明显.

【Abstract】 Using the kinematical method,the gait and kinematics test analyses on the process of stair descent by some teenagers with cerebral palsy and normal adolescents were studied. The parameters of their perspective of time,space,and time-space were researched. The results showed that the step width,gait cycle and hip angle of cerebral palsy were higher than those of normal adolescents,but the change range of angle of knee and ankle angle with cerebral palsy were less than the normal adolescents’. Furthermore,the parameters of lightly and heavily affected leg with cerebral palsy were significant difference.
