【摘要】 本文收集了山西省某高校156名教师的健康资料,从生理和心理两个方面对教师亚健康现状和影响因素进行了分析。研究结果发现,心理亚健康较为明显,原因也最为复杂,其中女性教师要比男性教师更容易失眠,中年教师相对于其他年龄段教师更容易心理疲惫,已婚教师比未婚教师也更容易疲惫,已婚教师要比未婚教师身体症状多,文化程度越高越容易出现健康状况;职称评定对教师亚健康影响显著。针对研究结论,本文提出了改善高校教师亚健康状况的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the sub-health status data from 156 teachers in Shanxi Normal University, this paper analyzes the current situation and determinants of college teachers’ sub-health. The results show that these teachers’ mental health is worse than their physical health. Female teachers’ insomnia is more significant than male ones. Middle-aged teachers are more likely to feel exhausted than other teachers, and the married are wore than the unmarried. The higher education they get,the worse their health will be. The effect of title-assessing on these teachers’ sub-health is significant. Based on the above results, some constructive suggestions about improving college teachers’ health are proposed.更多还原
