【摘要】 民以食为天,食以安为先,食品安全关系每个人的日常生活,是民生的基础和最重要的保障。本文以我国现行的食品安全监管机制为研究对象,分析我国食品安全监管中存在的问题。通过对比分析美国、欧盟、日本的食品安全监管体制,在总结较为成熟的经验基础上,结合我国当前运行的食品安全监管机制的现状,提出建立以政府监管为导向和全民社会化参与监督监管的思路,以进一步健全和完善我国食品安全监管发展对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 food is the paramount necessity of people, security is the priority of eating.Food safety is everyone’s daily life, is the basic and most important security.In this paper, China’s current food safety regulatory mechanism for the study, analysis of the problems in China’s food safety supervision. Through comparative analysis of the United States, the European Union,Japan’s food safety regulatory system, summarize more mature on the basis of the experience, combined with the present situation of our food safety regulatory mechanism currently running, proposed the establishment of a government regulationoriented society for all involved in supervision and regulation of ideas an attempt to further improve the development countermeasures of China’s food safety regulatory mechanism.更多还原
