【摘要】 针对国内频频发生的果蔬滞销风波和"菜贵伤民,菜贱伤农"的现象,从供应链的角度分析了目前国内并存的直销、多级批发市场、订单农业等五种生鲜供应链模式的演变趋势,总结了美国、日本、韩国在生鲜供应链运作中形成的以农协为核心、打造产配销一体化组织、引进农产品电子商务等特色经验。提出了以政府管理和组建的生鲜农产品行业协会为核心,以电子商务信息化平台为依托的生鲜供应链一体化模式,为生鲜农产品的质量安全、保障供给与价格稳定提供了解决思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the frequent incidents of slow sales of fruit and vegetable and the phenomenon of "high vegetable price harms the people while low vegetable price harms the farmers",we analyzed the evolutionary trend of five fresh farm produce supply chain modes,summarized the experience of the characteristic fresh farm produce supply chain modes of America,Japan and Korea,and proposed that we should establish an integrated fresh farm produce supply chain mode with the fresh farm produce industrial association administered and organized by the government as the core and the e-commerce IT platform as the basis.更多还原
