【Abstract】 In this paper,based on the review of competence related research,this paper analyses the present situation and problems of human resource management in logistics enterprises in China,and puts forward a three-stage process perspective on the competence model established for the logistics enterprises.Furthermore,it discusses the practical process of the application of the model in logistics enterprises,so as to help them build up an effective competence-based human resource management system.更多还原
