物流企业人力资源管理胜任力模型的构建与应用研究
Establishment and Application of Human Resource Competence Model of Logistics Enterprises
【摘要】 基于相关的胜任力研究综述,结合当前我国物流企业人力资源管理的现状与问题分析,提出物流企业胜任力模型构建的三阶段流程,并探讨了物流企业胜任力模型的实际应用过程,为帮助物流企业有效形成基于胜任力的人力资源管理体系提供参考。
【Abstract】 In this paper,based on the review of competence related research,this paper analyses the present situation and problems of human resource management in logistics enterprises in China,and puts forward a three-stage process perspective on the competence model established for the logistics enterprises.Furthermore,it discusses the practical process of the application of the model in logistics enterprises,so as to help them build up an effective competence-based human resource management system.
