【Abstract】 In this paper,on the basis of an introduction of the theories relating to chain operational supermarkets and logistics cost,we analyzed the deficiencies in the logistics cost management of the chain operation supermarkets in China,pointed out the necessity for the optimization of the logistics cost,analyzed the corresponding strategies,and at the end proposed that it should not only be targeted at single items of cost but also aim at the total logistics cost.更多还原
