小龙虾副产物中钙的提取条件研究
Study on the extraction condition of calcium from red swamp crayfish waste
【摘要】 对酸法从小龙虾副产物中提取钙的工艺条件进行了研究。比较多种酸提取虾副产物中钙的提取量,通过实验确定有机酸提取小龙虾副产物中钙的最佳条件为:有机酸与干虾粉(干燥后粉碎样)重量比1∶1,有机酸的摩尔比为:柠檬酸∶苹果酸∶乳酸=2∶3∶6,浸提时间为5 h,浸提温度为30℃,在此条件下小龙虾副产物中钙的提取量可达126.04 mg/g。
【Abstract】 This paper studied process conditions of acid extraction of calcium from red swamp crayfish waste,compared the different effects of kinds of process conditions.It is confirmed by experiment that the best condition to extract calcium was: organic acids with dry red swamp crayfish powder weight ratio of 1∶1,usage of organic acids mole ratio as: citric acid∶malic acid∶lactic acid = 2∶3∶6,extraction time of 5h,extraction temperature of 30 °C,the extraction rate of calcium from red swamp crayfish waste was 126.04 mg/g.
