基于ADAMS/Car的某微型车前悬架优化分析
Optimization Analysis on Vehicle Front Suspension Based on Adams /Car
【摘要】 针对某公司微型车,利用虚拟样机技术,在ADAMS/Car模块中建立前悬架模型,对模型进行仿真,并采用ADAMS/Insight模块对影响悬架特性较大的设计点进行优化,在不改变衬套等弹性元件参数特性的情况下,对硬点位置进行了调整,对比分析优化前后车轮定位参数随车轮上下跳动时的变化规律,并进行评估,可为改善悬架系统性能提供指导。
【Abstract】 The automobile suspension system is an important assembly of the chassis. It plays a great role on the vehicle steering stability and ride comfort. A front suspension system was built using virtual prototype technology and the software ADAMS / Car. The coordinates of hard points was simulated and optimized respectively without changing liner elastic element parameters by ADAMS / Insight. The curves of wheel location parameter along with the wheel jumping up and down were compared with those of before. And the performance was assessed and suspension system was further improved.
