小型储油罐罐容表的标定法
Capacity Calibration Method for Small Storage Tanks
【摘要】 针对地基变形等外部原因,罐体的位置会发生纵向倾斜和横向偏转等变化,从而导致罐容表发生改变使计量工作产生一定误差的问题,确定了小型储油罐在无变位和变位时油位与储油量之间的积分模型,利用数值积分得出在无变位和变位时进出油量的理论值,利用实验数据和回归法对理论值进行校验,计算得出了小型储油罐的罐容表的准确标定值。
【Abstract】 External causes such as foundation deformation will result in longitudinal tilt and /or lateral deflection.The change of tank capacity meter will bring about measure errors.The integral model of the oil level and the tank capacity of small storage tank were determined in the case of deflection and no deflection.The theoretical value of oil intake and oil output was obtained by use of numerical integration and checked based on experimental data by regression model.The accurate calibration value of the tank capacity table of the small storage tank was calculated.
